Who we are
VisEterna Studio, LLC (“VisEterna”, “we”, “us”) operates viseterna.com, including the VisEterna Codex, the Realms of the Ascended wiki, and the Forge Chronicle. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, why, and what your choices are.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you sign up for “Join the Ascended.” We use it to send development updates, playtest invitations, and launch news. Signups are processed by our email service provider, MailerLite, on our behalf.
- Aggregate site analytics — page views and performance metrics collected by Vercel Web Analytics. These are cookie-free and aggregated; they do not identify you personally.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and this site has no user accounts.
Cookies
viseterna.com does not set tracking cookies. Embedded videos (YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode) may set cookies only if you play them, under YouTube’s own policy.
Your choices and rights
- Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from future mailings.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
- Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California, and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honor.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy as the site grows. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
